Emily Braine is a third-generation property professional. She has worked in the property industry for over 25 years. For the last 18 years she has specialised in block and estate management as well as managing numerous multi-let commercial portfolios for a great variety of clients. Such experience is a welcome find in an individual.
Having worked in interior design and with a family background in architecture and building surveying, her own experience in the management field is backed up by a strong knowledge of how construction management and practice actually works. This is of immense advantage in understanding how the structures in a portfolio will perform and need to be cared for.
Emily has considerable experience in dealing with people, a vital asset in the field of property matters.
